Shipping policy
General
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details. Our warehouse is located in Adelaide, Australia, therefore shipping times will vary depending on your location.
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail including the tracking details of your parcel.
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. In the event that your order is affected by delay, we will contact you directly. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or Public holidays.
Large or bulky orders
Particularly business, corporate, or bulk purchases that require box packaging—we may need to on-charge the actual shipping cost. If this applies to your order, we’ll be in touch with a quote before dispatch to confirm and approve the shipping fee.

Australian orders
Bebe luxe Offers free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $200*(Excluding sale periods). For orders under this amount we have a shipping price rate of $11.00. We ship our Australian orders with Australia Post. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details so that you can track your parcel with the respective courier company.
Australian deliveries will take 1-8 working days depending on where you are located. We offer $20 Express, this is Australia only.
Please note that delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary based on time of delivery.
Once your order is shipped we take no responsibility for delays that may occur as a result of our Couriers.
For orders placed over the weekend they will be shipped Monday morning.
International orders
We use DHL and Australia Post to ship our international orders at a $45.00 AUD flat rate. Please contact us if you don't see your preferred shipping country listed at checkout.
Some countries charge their residents taxes and duty for purchasing items online from overseas. Bebe Luxe does not collect international taxes on behalf of customers, so the customer is responsible for all taxes or charges to import items into their country.
