Returns & Refunds Policy


Faulty / Defective Items

We pride ourselves on quality.  We thoroughly test all our products to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. We offer a 3-month warranty on Bebe Luxe items. If there's a fault with your product, please send us an email with your order number as well as all the details including photos. Please email us at: admin@bebeluxe.com.au Please keep original product and postage packaging for proof that the product wasn't damaged in the opening process, eg opening with a sharp object which has resulted in damage of the product. Please ensure you send notification and photos to show us the problem within 3-months of receipt to admin@bebeluxe.com.au 


Change of mind

Refunds are not eligible for change of mind but we will assist with an exchange or store credit.

You can return an item purchased for exchange within 14 days of receipt. 

Please keep in mind that Bebe Luxe cannot accept the returned product(s) and cannot give an exchange if:

  • (a) obtained from a source other than this Website.
  • (b) damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
  • (c) damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
  • (d) damaged due to not following wash care instructions
  • (e) the return falls outside of the stated fourteen (14) day period;
  • (f) the product(s) must be in brand new condition, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in its original condition
  • (g) we do not refund or exchange sale items 


Return Instructions

To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

  • You will need to contact us to advise us of your intention to return. Email us at: admin@bebeluxe.com.au  In your email, please include:
  • Your full name 
  • Reasons for why you are returning the product(s); and
  • Attach a copy of the payment confirmation you received when placing the order.

As Bebe Luxe is not liable for the loss of any product being returned we highly recommend that you return using registered mail. Postage costs to return the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received by Customer Care, the item(s) will be checked to ensure it complies with our returns policy and a return outcome will be determined.

Bebe Luxe is not responsible for postage costs as a result of product exchange due to change of mind. If you have a change of mind and are exchanging, Bebe Luxe will send a payment link for the exchanged item postage cost.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received by Customer Care, the item(s) will be checked to ensure it complies with our returns policy and a return outcome will be determined. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will emailed within 7 days.


Sale items (if applicable)

All sale items are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds. We do not provide price adjustments/matches for prior purchases during sale/promotional periods. No further discounts are available for sale items. 

I BOUGHT SOMETHING FULL PRICE, BUT NOW IT'S ON SALE...

If you have purchased something full price and find that it is on sale, we will accept price adjustments for store credit only within 24 hours of a newly discounted price. We do not offer price adjustments to purchases made prior to or after sales events. Sale items are while supplies last. Once the item is back in stock, the sale discount will not apply.

We strongly recommend the item is shipped with a tracking ID / proof of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for un-tracked items.


Return shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake on our part we will reimburse you for regular mail cost not express post.
